^Dr. Koch Human Resource Consulting is a young innovative operation, comprising applied and strategic experience in all aspects of human resources.

It was founded in 1999 by Herbert G. Koch.

Dr. Koch is Vice President and member of the Federal Association of External HR Directors (BVSP), a member of the German Association for Personnel Management (DGFP) and of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany.

After his university education Dr. Koch worked for several German, American and international companies. He has established technical service groups, marketing functions and project teams to improve the organization.

He initiated controlling functions and supported the business management by introducing

• human resource management fitting to the market place
• consulting on H.R. work and
• seminars. In his H.R responsibilities for
• blue and white collar employees as well as for
• executives he has created efficient programs for
• personnel development. He has demonstrated that
• state-of-the-art incentive systems allow for
• high quality and excellent motivation of employees, while reducing expenses.

Dr. Koch Human Resource Consulting is networking with several proven experts in different areas and facets of comprehensive HR work in Germany and the EU.

Many of them are also members of BVSP, the leading German organisation of certified HR consulting experts.

For all legal aspects we are networking with the Labor and Employment Law Association of Munich (Arbeitsrechtliche Vereinigung München, AVM)

We are in the centre of the network.

We are an official sponsor of the Sophie-Scholl primary School through their parents support association. The school is an innovative educational facility teaching handicapped and non-handicapped pupils in the same classroom. It is operated by Life Support Gießen, the local organisation of the Federal German Association Life Support for Handicapped Persons (Bundesvereinigung Lebenshilfe für Menschen mit Behinderung).
